Our bespoke humidor hinges and locks are CNC-milled from solid blocks of 6061-T6 Aerospace Aluminum or H65 HP Brass. Machined to absolute tolerances of ±0.005", these components provide the structural rigidity required for permanent seal integrity. We utilize Fluorocarbon (Viton) gaskets to ensure a controlled air-exchange rate without VOC off-gassing, protecting the organic profile of the tobacco.
